1️⃣ Service Overview

Revance Photobooth is a browser-based photo capture tool that allows users to take photos using their device camera and download them digitally. Some users may also request optional physical photo strip printing and delivery in selected areas.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis and features may change at any time without prior notice.

2️⃣ Camera & Device Permissions

To use the photobooth features, you must allow camera access in your browser. By using the service, you confirm that:

• You grant camera permission voluntarily
• You understand how to manage browser permissions
• Your device supports camera capture through a web browser

If permission is denied or blocked, the photobooth may not function properly.

3️⃣ Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for Illegal or unlawful activities, harassment, or capturing images of others without consent. Any content that violates local laws is prohibited. You are fully responsible for the images you capture.

4️⃣ Photo Storage & Downloads

Photos are processed in your browser and saved locally on your device. We do not guarantee permanent storage. If you clear browser data or use private/incognito mode, saved images may be lost. Users are responsible for backing up their photos.

5️⃣ Privacy & Data

We do not intentionally store personal photos on our servers unless an upload feature is clearly used. Basic anonymous usage data may be collected to improve the service. Do not capture sensitive personal info.

6️⃣ Optional Physical Print Orders & Delivery

Delivery is available only in selected areas within the UAE based on operational capacity.

Orders typically processed within 48 hours. Delays may occur due to holidays or high demand.

Once printing has started, orders cannot be cancelled. If a defect occurs due to our error, a replacement may be offered.

7️⃣ Payments

Payment must be completed before order processing. Prices may change without notice. Refunds are only provided where clearly stated.

8️⃣ Availability & Technical Limits

We do not guarantee continuous uptime or compatibility with all devices. Performance varies based on device, browser, and lighting quality.

9️⃣ Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for lost photos, device failures, or delivery delays outside reasonable control. Download your photos promptly — future you will appreciate it.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the revised terms.
